【摘要】 异地用血政策的实施将使无偿献血偿还机制出现潜在风险,必须全面提升血站财务管理水平。分析了血站财务管理目前存在问题,指出:应实行全面预算管理;加强资金管理;建立健全财务分析体系;加强应收帐款管理;提高财务人员综合素质等。同时,建议建立无偿献血偿还专项资金,以推进异地报销政策的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of the offsite blood use policy,the repayment mechanism on voluntary blood donation will have potential risks,which must enhance the level of financial management in blood station.The paper analyzed current problems in financial management,and suggested the countermeasures including:implementation of a comprehensive budget management;strengthening fund management;establishment of a sound system financial analysis;strengthening receivable account management;improvement of the overall quality of financial staff.A special fund to repay blood donation should be established to advance the implementation of offsite reimbursement policies.更多还原
