上海市消毒产品生产企业净化车间洁净室综合性能检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的:了解上海市消毒产品生产企业净化车间洁净室综合性能指标。方法:对上海市20家消毒产品生产企业净化车间81间洁净室的空气尘埃粒子数、微生物指标和相关指标进行现场检测和评价。结果:81间洁净室温度、相对湿度、进风口风速、室内外压差、≥5.0μm和≥0.5μm的尘埃粒子数、空气细菌菌落总数的合格率分别为100%、100%、95.1%、86.4%、91.3%、83.4%、91.4%,灌装间尘埃粒子数合格率低于其它功能区,洁净室空气中尘埃粒子数与沉降菌数具有正相关关系。结论:大部分生产企业的净化车间综合性能符合《消毒产品生产企业卫生规范》的要求,室内环境综合检测指标合格率较高,应加强净化车间运行管理,特别是重点生产环节的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know the comprehensive performance of cleaning room of purification workshop in enterprises producing disinfection products in Shanghai.[Method] To test and evaluate the airborne particles, settling microbe and other related parameters of 81 cleaning room in 20 purification workshop. [Results] In 81 cleaning room, the qualified rates of the temperature and relative humidity, wind velocity, net pressure difference, ≥ 5.0μm, ≥0.5μm airborne particles, settling microbe were 100%,100%,95.1%,86.4%,91.3%,83.4% and 91.4% respectively. The qualified rates of airborne particles of filling room were lower than those of other rooms. There was linear correlation between airborne particles and settling microbe. [Conclusion] The comprehensive performance of purification workshop of most enterprises can reach the stipulation of 《Hygienic standard for enterprises producing disinfection products》. The qualified rates of comprehensive performance were comparatively high. Purification workshop operation management should be strengthened, especially focus on production management.更多还原
