Maf家族基因的系统演化分析
Phylogeneticanalysis of Maf Gene Family
【摘要】 Maf家族基因编码是一类含有碱性结构域和b-Zip的转录因子,Maf基因编码的蛋白在血细胞发生、胰腺分化、眼睛晶状体发育等多个过程中起重要作用,但目前该基因家族的进化并不清楚.本文首先搜索了不同基因组中的可能的Maf家族基因,对其染色体定位、基因结构、编码蛋白的功能域等进行分析,并构建系统进化树研究了该基因家族的进化.
【Abstract】 Maf family proteins are a large number of transcriptional factors which include a characteristic basic region and a leucine zipper( b-Zip) motif. They play key roles in the hemacytopoiesis,pancreatic differentiation,and the lens development of eyes. However,the evolutionary process of Maf gene family is unknown. In this study,genome-wide survey of Maf gene family was performed,and chromosome location,gene structure,conserved protein motifs of Mafs were analyzed. To explore the evolution of Maf gene family with the struction of phylogenetic tree.
