【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜手术后发生肾包膜下血肿的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析近5年来输尿管镜手术后发生肾包膜下血肿2例患者的临床资料,评估其术前、术中可能导致肾包膜下血肿发生的可能因素。结果:1例行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,另1例患者行输尿管内切开术,手术均顺利,但术后均发生肾包膜下血肿。1例患者术前有糖尿病、高血压病、尿路感染,另1例患者术前有双侧输尿管切开取石术史、高血压病史及脑出血病史。结论:肾包膜下血肿是输尿管镜手术后一个少见的严重并发症,糖尿病、高血压病、尿路感染等是其发生的危险因素,手术过程中发生的肾盂内压改变也是其发生的重要诱发因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the risk factor for incidence of renal subcapsular hematoma after ureteroenscopic operation. Methods: The clinical data were retrospectively examined in 2 cases complicated with renal subcapsular hematoma after ureteroenoscopy for assessment of the indicences before and during the operation. Results: One case underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy( URSL) and another,ureteroscopic endoureterotomy. Although the operation was successful,yet renal subcapsular hematoma occurred in the two cases. The clinical data showed that one case had diabetes mellitus,hypertension and urinary tract infections,and another one,history of stone removal by bilateral ureterotomy,hypertension as well as cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion: Subcapsular renal hematoma is not uncommon complication after ureteroenoscopy. The risk factors are associated with previous diabetes,hypertension and urinary tract infection,and the causative factors are attributable to the changed inner pressure in the renal pelvis.更多还原
