大规模应急救援资源配送点选址鲁棒优化研究文献综述

【摘要】 指出大规模突发性、不确定性及爆炸性的应急救援物资配送会出现应急救援紊乱,产生严重的"短板效应",凸显应急救援资源配送点布局规划的重要性,对确定性环境与不确定性环境下的大规模应急救援资源配送点选址进行了文献梳理,分析了当前研究的不足,并展望了大规模应急救援资源配送点选址的最新研究趋势。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we went over the available research literatures on the location allocation of the resources distribution nodes in mass emergency rescue operations under certain and uncertain environments respectively,analyzed their shortcomings and predicted the latest trend of the studies in this field.
