无镍高氮不锈钢表壳的车削工艺及磨损机理探讨
Turning Process and Wear Mechanism Discussion on Watchcase for Nickel Free High Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steel
【摘要】 探讨了无镍高氮奥氏体不锈钢的加工特点及其应用于手表表壳的车削加工工艺。通过YG8硬质合金材料刀具对无镍高氮奥氏体不锈钢表壳的干车削试验,以扫描电镜(SEM)观察刀具的磨损形貌,并通过能谱(EDS)分析磨损表面的成分构成,初步推断刀具的磨损机理主要为黏结磨损。最终通过改进刀具几何参数和调整切削参数,提高了YG8材料刀具加工无镍高氮奥氏体不锈钢的效率。
【Abstract】 The processing features of nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel were explored, which was used in the turning process of watchcase. The results show that the main wear mechanism is adhesion wear, through SEM and EDS analysis of rack face and rear face of cemented carbide cutting tool YG 8 after dry turning test of nickel free high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel. On the basis of the adhesion wear mechanism, the machining efficiency is enhanced by improving cutting tool geometrical parameters and adjusting cutting parameters.
