热处理和稀土Ce对AZ91D合金性能的影响
Effects of Heat Treatment and Rare Earth Ce on Properties of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了热处理和稀土Ce共同作用对AZ91D镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,AZ91D镁合金中加入稀土Ce后,生成了杆状化合物Al4Ce,且网状分布的β-Mg17Al12相变成弥散化分布。随稀土Ce含量的增加,AZ91D镁合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能提高。经T4和T6热处理,杆状化合物Al4Ce的形貌保持不变。T6处理后,加入了稀土Ce合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能比铸态AZ91D镁合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能显著提高。
【Abstract】 Effects of heat treatment and rare earth Ce on the microstructures and properties of AZ91 D magnesium alloy were investigated.The results indicate that the rod-like Al4 Ce compounds are generated in AZ91 D magnesium alloy with Ce addition,and net-likeβ-Mg17Al12 is dispersedly distributed into the alloy.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy are improved with increasing in rare earth Ce.The morphology change of the rod-like compounds Al4 Ce is absent after T4 or T6heat treatment.Compared with those of as cast AZ91 D magnesium alloy,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AZ91 Dcontaining Ce alloy after T6 heat treatment are improved significantly.
