【摘要】 以KDJ-2500kN挤压铸造机为研究对象,研制了一套挤压铸造综合监测系统,该系统可对挤压铸造过程锁模力、压射压力、压射运动参数和模腔压力进行检测。利用所研制的综合监测系统,对阶梯板挤压铸造工艺过程进行了试验研究,验证了挤压铸造监测系统的功能,并根据试验结果对工艺参数变化规律进行了分析。更多还原
