中药材废渣制备活性炭的初步实验研究

【摘要】 采用化学活化法以中药材废渣为原料、磷酸为活化剂,考察磷酸浓度、浸渍比、活化温度、活化时间等因素对活性炭产品吸附性能的影响,以活性炭产率和亚甲基蓝的脱色率为活性炭性能指标,通过活化剂与制备条件的变化探求中药材废渣制备活性炭的潜能与最佳制备工艺,为下一步利用打下基础。研究表明:在磷酸浓度为70%,浸渍比为1∶2.5(质量比),活化温度为450℃,活化时间为45min下制备活性炭,其产率为48.3%,亚甲基蓝脱色率最高达99.4%。对制备的活性炭产品进行表面形态分析、热稳定性分析、再生性能分析,结果表明中药材废渣制备的活性炭具有较复杂的网络孔隙结构、较好的热稳定性和再生能力。

【Abstract】 Activated carbons have been widely used as very effective adsorbents in many fields such as chemical industry,pharmaceuticals industry,food-stuff industry and environment protection,due to its highly developed porosity,large surface area and high degree of surface reactivity.A activated carbon was prepared from Chinese Herbal Medicines Wastes(CHMWs) by phosphoric acid activation.Factors of affecting adsorption properties of CHMWs-based activated carbon such as the phosphoric acid concentration,impregnation ratio,activation temperature,activation time were studied.The high adsorption capacity of activated carbon with methylene blue(MB) rate up to 99.4% was obtained.Results showed that the optimal conditions are concentration phosphoric acid 70%,impregnation ratio 1 ∶ 2.5(weight ratio),activation temperature 450℃ and activation time 45min.The activated carbon were characterized by SEM,thermo gravimetric analysis and regeneration properties analysis,these analytic results indicated that the activated carbon has high BET surface area,developed pore structure and high regeneration property.
