数字资源唯一标识符发展述略
The Development Summary of Digital Resource Unique Identifier
【摘要】 文章从数字对象标识符的概念入手,对国内外数字资源唯一标识符的发展概况进行了阐述,对国内研制发布的相关标准规范进行了梳理,并对我国唯一标识符领域的重要项目进行了扼要介绍和展望。
【Abstract】 This paper starts from the concept of Digital Object Unique Identifier,expounds the development and current status of unique identifier at home and abroad,discusses the relevant standards studied and issued in the country,and briefly introduces the main projects in the field.
