【摘要】 分析国内高校特色文献资源建设及共享现状,归纳指出其存在缺乏统筹规划与规范、特色文献信息价值缺失、资金投入乏力资源维护后劲不足、联合共建共享协同机制缺失等影响发展的主要问题。提出建立印本资源的分布式合作储存模式、完善特色资源建设共享的组织与制度保障机制、建立监督和绩效评价体系、创造和提升文献信息价值以及建立特色文献建设协同机制等举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current situation about construction and sharing of the characteristic literature resources in Chinese colleges and universities,this paper attributes the major problems of affecting the development which includes the lack of overall planning and criterion,value of characteristic literature information,funds,stamina of maintaining resources,the joint sharing cooperative mechanism,etc. And then it puts forward that a bunch of measurements should be taken such as establishing the distributed cooperative storage mode of print resources,perfecting the organization and system guarantee mechanism of characteristic literature,establishing supervision and evaluation mechanism,creating and enhancing the value of literature information,establishing coordination mechanism of characteristic literature construction,to make sure developing the construction and sharing of resources coordinated and orderly.更多还原
