【Abstract】 After giving a development overview of American Data-PASS,this paper makes a great insight into the standard,process,the platform construction of its data preservation. Then it concludes that its success lies in the extensive collaboration,the effective mechanism of division and cooperation,stable fund guarantee and budget allocation system,and unified construction of its standard and platform. Finally,it suggests that China’s Data-PASS should have the provincial centers as its core,and a three-level structure with "the national center-provincial center-data preservation unit"should be built.更多还原
