【Abstract】 Current situation and main problems of competitive intelligence work in small and mediun- sized enterprises in big data age are discussed from the characteristics of big data. Then based on the analysis on governmental functions and advantages in providing competitive intelligence services in the era of big data,the supply of competitive intelligence service for small and medium- sized enterprise led by smart government is studied.
