【摘要】 介绍一种利用B/S+SQL Server技术开发的技术规章管理系统,该系统的应用提高了规章管理工作的质量和效率。

【Abstract】 This paper described the Regulations Management System which was developed by B/S+SQL Server. The application of this System enhanced the quality and efficiency of the regulation management work.
