【摘要】 目的:研究血栓抽吸联合替罗非班内注射对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)介入治疗中心肌组织灌注及临床预后的影响。方法:将STEMI患者120例纳入研究,随机分为血栓抽吸联合替罗非班内注射治疗的观察组和常规治疗的对照组,检测术中心肌酶谱指标和术后心功能指标。结果:观察组TIMI(2.42±0.34)、MBG(2.36±0.45)、E峰值[(75.22±8.39)cm·s-1]、E/A比值(1.412±0.165)、左心室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)[(56.39±5.98)mm]、左室射血分数(LVEF)[(67.38±7.25)%]均明显高于对照组;AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB[分别为(28.1±4.5)、(154.6±34.5)、(139.5±28)、(18.4±3.3)U·L-1],hs-cTnT[(7.9±1.0)ng·L-1],不良心血管事件(5%)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓抽吸联合替罗非班内注射有助于改善术中心肌组织灌注和术后心功能,具有积极的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects on myocardial tissue perfusion and clinical prognosis in the interventional treatment of st-elevation myocardial infarction( STEMI) by injunction of the thrombus suction joint.Methods: 120 cases of patients with STEMI who were given intervention treatment,were taken on as the research object and randomly divided into thrombus suction joint for injection in treatment of observation group and conventional treatment control group. The index of intraoperative myocardial enzyme spectrum and postoperative cardiac function were checked. Results: The indexes of TIMI( 2. 42 ± 0. 34),MBG( 2. 36 ± 0. 45),peak E[( 75.22 ±8.39) cm·s- 1]and E/A ratio( 1.412 ±0.165),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter( LVEDD)[( 56.39 ±5.98) mm],left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) [( 67. 38 ±7. 25) %],the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.
