【摘要】 目的:观察经桡动脉途径使用导丝输送导管进行冠状动脉造影或治疗,与目前首选推荐使用的亲水涂层超滑导丝输送导管相比,探讨普通J型导丝输送导管的近期及远期临床效果。方法:将1 400例行经桡动脉途径输送导管的患者随机平均分为超滑导丝组(n=700)与普通J型导丝组(n=700),对两组患者操作时间、透视时间、射线暴露量、导丝通过成功率、并发症出现例数和9个月后随访桡动脉闭塞率进行比较分析。结果:普通J型导丝组在操作时间、透视时间、射线暴露量和并发症出现例数方面均明显少于超滑导丝组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);导丝通过成功率和桡动脉闭塞率方面两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与亲水涂层超滑导丝相比,经桡动脉途径使用普通J型导丝进行导管输送更安全有效,可作为常规首选导丝输送导管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the short-term and long-term clinical effect of ordinary J type guide wire during transportation catheter in trans-radial coronary angiography or treatment, compared with the hydrophilic coating super smooth catheter. Methods: The patients(n=1 400) were randomly divided into super smooth guide wire group(n=700) and ordinary J type guide wire group(n=700), compared the operation time, X-ray fluoroscopy of time, amount of radiation exposure, operation guide wire success rate, complications of cases and radial artery occlusion rate after nine months of the two groups. Results: The operation time, X-ray fluoroscopy of time, amount of radiation exposure and complications of the ordinary J type guide wire group were significantly less than that of the super smooth guide wire group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.01), the operation guide wire success rate and radial artery occlusion rate were similar between the two groups, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared with super smooth guide wire, ordinary J type guide wire is more secure, effective, it can be used as firs-routine guide wire in trans-radial coronary angiography or treatment.更多还原
