【摘要】 目的探讨老年人内分泌相关性低钠血症的常见发病原因。方法对47例内分泌相关性老年低钠血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果内分泌性低钠血症的常见原因有垂体功能减退、肾上腺功能减退及抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征。结论老年低钠血症患者应注意是否存在或合并存在内分泌相关性因素,并施以相应治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the common causes of the endocrine-related hyponatremia in the aged.Methods The 47 cases of clinical data of endocrine correlation between hyponatremia in elderly patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The common causes of endocrine-related hyponatremia include pituitary dysfunction,adrenal insufficiency and syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone.Conclusion In elderly patients,we should pay attention to the endocrine-related factors which can also cause hyponatremia,so as to making an appropriate treatment plan.更多还原
