【Abstract】 In view of cultivating objective of the application type,innovative talents,the teaching mode and system of performance evaluation in instrumental analysis experiments are discussed.Some improving measures are proposed to solve main problems.The measures include adding opening experimental teaching, taking the more comprehensive and scientific experimental evaluation system,improving the construction of experimental teaching team as well as introducing the experimental reward mechanism.The previous measures promote students’ learning enthusiasm and the practical ability successfully,which are propitious for cultivating application type,innovative talents.更多还原
