【摘要】 选取临床疑似跟腱腱病患者,研究跟腱腱病的超声图像特点及保守治疗前后跟腱图像的变化,探讨高频超声在跟腱腱病诊断与康复疗效评估中的应用价值。结果显示:高频超声对跟腱腱病的检出率高;高频超声在跟腱腱体腱病以及止点型腱病中能清晰显示跟腱形态、血流及肌腱内的钙化性病灶,是临床诊断跟腱腱病和康复疗效评估随访的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study analyses the ultrasound features of Achilles tendinopathy and its change before and after the treatment. In addition,it explores the application of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosing and rehabilitating assessment of Achilles tendinopathy. The findings show a high detection rate in Achilles tendinopathy via the frequency ultrasound. Furthermore,it can clearly show the feature of Achilles tendon,bleeding and calcified focus within Achilles tendon. It proves to be the first choice in diagnosing and rehabilitating assessment of Achilles tendinopathy.更多还原
