【摘要】 随着城市化进程的不断深入,作为区域核心的城市成为经济发展与环境保护之间矛盾最为突出的单元。城市化与城市环境问题发展密切相关。城市物质代谢和物质平衡问题是城市环境问题产生的物质根源,科学评估自然生态系统价值和生态系统承载力是优化城市物质代谢的基础。梳理了相应评估方法和技术,回顾了中国城市环境保护政策和管理机制发展历程,提出从城市自然生态系统保护的系统高度,通过区域协作促进城市化过程道路优化和城市生态系统保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the urbanization processing, as a regional core, the contradiction between the economic development and environmental protection of cities has been more prominent. Urbanization is closely related to the environmental problems of cities. The metabolism and balance between input and output of the urban material contributes to the urban environmental problems. To optimize the urban metabolism, scientific evaluation value of the natural ecosystem and ecosystem carrying capacity should be carried out. Methods and ways of the evaluation are analyzed, and the development of Chinese urban environmental policy and management mechanism are reviewed. Regional cooperation has been put forward as the way of urban natural ecosystem protection in the process of urbanization.更多还原
