数控机床人因可靠性评价方法

【摘要】 利用随机组合群验理论建立了数控机床人因可靠性评价数学模型,依据这一模型对数控机床人为差错做定量分析,筛选出人因可靠性差的操作工人.

【Abstract】 Using the theory of random combination group testing,the mathematical model of the CNC Lathes was estabHshed for the Human reliability evaluation.On the basis of this mathematical model,the human errors of the CNC Lathes are quantificationally analysed.It can screen out the operating workers of poor human reliability.
