两种分析肉苁蓉中的苯乙醇苷方法的比较

【摘要】 从栽培管花肉苁蓉中分离制备得到苯乙醇苷,分别采用薄层色谱和液相色谱质谱联用技术分析肉苁蓉中的苯乙醇苷,通过对不同溶剂展开体系的选取,确定分析苯乙醇苷的薄层色谱展开体系为V(正丁醇)︰V(乙酸)︰V(水)=5︰4︰1,并运用液相色谱和质谱联用技术对其进行了分析验证,最终从栽培管花肉苁蓉提取液中检测出6种苯乙醇苷化合物。

【Abstract】 The analysis of phenylethanoid glycosides(PhGs) from cultivated C. tubulosa(Schenk) R. Wight by TLC and LCMS was studied. After the experiments of various ascending elusions of TLC, the chromatography was carried out using an ascending elution with butyl alcohol/acetic acid/water(5︰4︰1). LC-MS was also employed to analyze the compositions of PhGs in order to verify TLC. PhGs from cultivated C. tubulosa were extracted by ethanol and analyzed with LC-MS. Experimental results showed that the extractor included six kinds of PhGs.
