【摘要】 本文根据山西省辛安泉供水改扩建工程的工程任务,引入投资与成本费用分摊的观点:即工程某个专用功能的投资费用由该功能自身承担,为各功能服务的共用工程费用应合理地在各功能之间分摊。通过对供水工程末端工业水价、农村生活供水口水价、农业灌溉供水口水价的测算分析,总结了水价测算的基本方法,可为类似供水工程水价测算提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,investment and cost allocation perspectives are introduced based on engineering tasks of Shanxi Xin’anquan water supply expansion project: investment cost of some special function in the project should be undertaken by the function itself,public project cost serving all functions should be shared among all functions rationally. Industrial water price at the end of water supply project,water price in rural living water supply port and water price in agriculture irrigation water supply port are calculated and analyzed,basic method for water price calculation is summarized,thereby providing reference for water price calculation in similar water supply projects.更多还原
