基于STM32数据传输转换接口器的设计与实现

【摘要】 为满足工业现场不同功能模块信息交换及不同电气接口的数据传输要求,提出一种基于微控制器STM32的数据传输转换接口器设计方法。描述接口器融合多种标准化的数据接口,以及外设实现RS-232/485、USB、RJ-45接口的数据之间相互传输等关键技术的实现过程;充分发挥STM32控制器的强度功能,扩展SD卡、日历时钟、开关量输入输出等辅助功能,阐明原理并给出相应硬件电路;接口器的软件采用模块化设计,将每个功能做成独立的函数便于调用。调试结果表明,该处理器具有处理数据快、实时性强、存储容量大、工作稳定等优点。

【Abstract】 To meet requirements of the information exchange between different modules and the data transmission between different electrical interfaces in the industrial site,a design method for the data transmission conversion interface unit based on the STM32 microprocessor was proposed.The implementation process of the interface unit which integrated a variety of standardized data interfaces was described,as well as the key technologies of the data transmission in the RS-232/485,USB and RJ-45 interface.This design gave full play to the strong function of the STM32 microprocessor,at the same time expanded some auxiliary functions such as the SD card,the calendar clock and the input and output of switch value,and expounded the principle and gave the corresponding hardware circuit.The software of the interface unit adopted the modular design,and each function set up as a separate function was advantageous for the call.The debugging results show that the processor has the advantages of fast dealing with data,strong real-time performance,large storage capacity and stable work,etc.
