【摘要】 基于Tapio脱钩理论,对建筑业经济发展与碳排放之间的因果关系进行因素分解,并选择行业能源消耗作为变量,构建了建筑业碳排放与经济增长的脱钩理论模型。在对比分析2005—2011年辽宁省建筑行业能源消耗及二氧化碳排放量的脱钩关系的基础上,提出了提高能源利用效率、优化能源结构、推动新型的低碳设计及技术体系、将矿物能源进行可再生的转换、对高碳能源实行低碳替代等促进低碳建筑健康发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Tapio decoupling theory,this article decomposes the causal relationship between the e—conomic development of construction industry and carbon emissions.Then the article selects sector energy consumption as a variable and constructs a theoretical model about the decoupling of economic growth and carbon emission.By contrasting and analyzing the decoupling relationship between energy consumption of the construction industry and carbon dioxide emissions in Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2011,this article proposes the suggestions of increasing energy efficiency,optimizing energy structure and promoting the new low-carbon design and technology system to promote the healthy development of low-carbon buildings.更多还原
