代谢组学在糖尿病诊疗研究中的应用

【摘要】 糖尿病是代谢型疾病,由于其并发症的高发性和严重性导致糖尿病成为危害人类健康的第3大慢性病。代谢组学通过对终端代谢产物进行"整体"分析,揭示机体系统的生理和病理状态,探讨药物治疗疾病的机制。本文对近年来代谢组学应用于糖尿病的研究进行文献综述,包括早期诊断、生物标志物的发现、各种并发症的治疗以及药物药效评价、中医药治疗糖尿病的机制等,为代谢组学进一步应用于糖尿病的诊疗研究提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a serious metabolic diseases endangering human health. Due to the high incidence and severity of diabetic complications, DM has become the number three killer of chronic diseases in the world at modern times. Metabolites involved in disease mechanisms are discovered by studying the terminal metabolites of different physiological and pathological objects, which is helpful for inferring the molecular mechanism of DM. In recent years, researcher paid more and more attention to the metabolomics for its "integration" feature.The present paper summarized the progress of metabolomics applied in DM research, including early diagnosis of pre-diabetes, discovery of biomarkers, treatment of DM complications, evaluation of drug effect and acting mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), so as to provide scientific evidence for the further investigation and application of metabolomics in TCM diagnosis and therapy of DM.
