添加剂强化石灰石湿法烟气脱硫研究进展
Progress in Additives Enhanced Limestone Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization
【摘要】 随着火电厂新的二氧化硫排放限值的实施,现有的石灰石湿法烟气脱硫工艺难以满足排放要求。通过在石灰石浆液中加入添加剂,能够有效地促进石灰石的溶解,改善浆液的传质性能,从而提高脱硫效率。本文综述了石灰石湿法烟气脱硫技术中添加剂强化脱硫的机理及研究应用现状,指出复合添加剂是研究发展的重点。
【Abstract】 With the implementation of new SO2 emission concentration threshold for thermal power plants,the existing limestone WFGD was unable to meet the requirement.By adding certain additives to the limestone slurry,the dissolution rate of limestone would be effectively promoted,so does the slurry mass transfer performance,thus improving the desulfurization efficiency.This paper summarized the mechanism of strengthening desulfurization by adding additives to limestone WFGD and its application status,and then pointed out that future studies would focus on composite additive.
