【摘要】 以贵宾犬毛发为原料,在测定形态结构、细度、吸湿性、强伸性、卷曲性与比重的基础上,与其他动物纤维对比,分析其纺纱性能。贵宾犬毛发具备可再生、免洗涤、免染色、就地取材并适合小批量多品种生产等优势,能纯纺或与细度适当的羊毛、牦牛绒混纺;针对贵宾犬毛发的特点,原料采集过程中宜按颜色、部位分类管理,打包运输过程中注意防毡并,纺纱生产过程中需针对原料的不均匀性采取相应技术措施,并在不同的纺纱系统中控制对应的最高纺纱特数。更多还原

【Abstract】 The material used in this research is poodles ’ hair,and based on the measurements of the hair ’s morphological determination structure,fineness,absorbency,stretch property,crimp property and specific gravity,a comparison with other animal textile fibers is done to analyze its spinnability.The poodles’ hair has superiority of reproducible with no need for washing and no need for dyeing as well as can be gotten locally and be suitable for production of small batch of many varieties of products,it can be purely spun and also can be spun together with wool or yak wool.Considering some defects of poodles’ hair,it needs to pay attention to sort management of the hair colour and hair different part in hair collection to prevent felting in backing and transportation,and corresponding measures to avoid uneveness and to control its highest count in spinning process have to be adopted.更多还原
