【摘要】 目的探讨ISO9001质量管理体系对精神科封闭式管理医院感染控制的作用。方法调查潍坊市精神卫生中心ISO9001质量管理体系(ISO9001-QMS)认证前2年与认证后运行6年期间所有封闭式病房出院病历,对医院感染率、感染相关因素等进行分析。结果 (1)与ISO9001-QMS认证前2年相比,认证后2年、4年、6年医院感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)ISO9001-QMS认证前2年医院感染的相关因素为年龄、性别、病程、住院时间、疾病种类、季节(P<0.05),ISO9001-QMS认证后6年医院感染的相关因素为年龄、病程、住院时间及疾病种类(P<0.05)。结论实施ISO9001质量管理体系能有效降低精神科封闭式管理医院的院内感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of ISO9001 quality management system( ISO9001-QMS) on nosocomial infection control in closed-off mental hospital. Methods Retrospective review was performed on all medical records,which were discharged from Weifang Mental Health Center from 2 years before ISO9001-QMS authenticating to 6 years after ISO9001-QMS authenticating. Data of nosocomial infection rate and its related factors were analyzed. Results( 1) Compared with the baseline,nosocomial infection rate decreased significantly at the 2nd,4th,6th year after the ISO9001-QMS authenticating( P <0. 01).( 2) The related factors of nosocomial infection before ISO9001-QMS authenticating included age,gender,course of disease,length of hospitalization,category of disease and onset season( P < 0. 05). While 8 years later,only age,course of disease,length of hospitalization and category of disease remained to be related factors of nosocomial infection( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Implementation of ISO9001 quality management system can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate in closed- off mental hospital.更多还原
