流动注射-氢化物发生-冷原子吸收分光光度法(FI-HG-CAAS)测定壳聚糖医用抗菌产品中汞的研究

【摘要】 通过还原剂、载液浓度及载气流速等试验条件来确定仪器的最佳工作状态。然后分别采用硝酸-双氧水和硝酸-硫酸体系,在130℃下电加热板上消解壳聚糖医用抗菌产品:壳聚糖喷剂和壳聚糖护创敷料,再用流动注射-氢化物发生-冷原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中的汞。该方法的分析结果可靠,回收率达95.6%~103.5%,特征浓度为0.0148 ng/m L/1%,检出限为0.025ng/m L。相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5.0%,线性范围为10~50 ng/m L。

【Abstract】 The optimal conditions,such as reductant,concentration and flow rate of carrier,were studied.Nitric-hydrogen peroxide and nitric-sulfuric acid were used to decompose CTS-medical antibacterial products:CTS-antibacterial spray and CTS-protecting wound dressing at 130℃ on electric hot plate,and then the analytical result was reliable with recovery in the range of 95.6% ~ 103.5%,the characteristic concentration 0.0148 ng/m L/1%,the detection limit of 0.025 ng/m L,the relative standard deviation(n = 6) of less than 5.0%,the linear range between 10 ng and 50 ng/m L.
