【摘要】 当前我国新型城镇化建设面临融资瓶颈,资金需求量大,供给量却不足,如何筹集资金、弥补缺口已经成为各地方政府在新型城镇化建设中面临的首要问题。文章以新型城镇化建设为出发点,在验证地方政府债券发行对城镇化率变化具有一定引导作用的基础上,对我国发行地方政府债券的作用进行了分析,并给出了促进新型城镇化建设的相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Raising capital is a difficult link in building new-style urbanization in China. Urbanization needs a lot of capital, but its supply is not enough. Raising capital to make up the gap becomes the top task for local governments in building new-style urbanization. This paper explores the function of local government bond and puts forward some measures to promote the building of new-style urbanization by easing restrictions on issuing bond, improving concerned laws, setting up special management organization and so on.更多还原
