【Abstract】 Bone Marrow Mesenchymal stem cells,in addition to hemopoietic stem cells,are well known for their self-renewing and multiple differentiation potential.Many studies have successfully induced the bone marrow stem cell into three blastoderm cells.This review gives a brief overview of the biological characteristics,isolation and culture,methods of tracer labeling in vivo and induced differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.更多还原
