2007-2012年深圳市宝安区食物中毒情况分析
Analysis of food poisoning in Baoan district of Shenzhen city from 2007 to 2012
【摘要】 目的了解宝安区食物中毒发生的特点,为预防控制食物中毒提供依据。方法对宝安区2007-2012年确诊为食物中毒的报告资料进行统计分析。结果共发生食物中毒23起,中毒255人,死亡4人。食物中毒主要发生在集体食堂,共11起,中毒166人,占中毒总人数的65.1%。细菌性食物中毒是引起食物中毒的主要原因,共10起,中毒173人,占中毒总人数的67.8%。结论集体食堂是食物中毒发生的主要场所。应加大集体食堂的监管力度,提高预防食物中毒的意识,以减少食物中毒的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective Through analysis of the characteristics of food poisoning in Baoan district in recent years, we can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of food poisoning for the future. Method Statistical methods were used to analyze the data of food poisoning in Baoan district 2007-2012. Results During 2007-2012, there were 23 outbreak of food poisoning, 255 were food poisoned, and 4 people died. Food poisoning mainly occurred in canteens(11) accounted for47.8% of the total, causing 166 people poisoned, accounted for 65.1% of the total number of poisoning. Bacterial food poisoning(10) accounted for 43.5% of the total, causing 173 people poisoned, accounted for 67.8% of the total number of poisoning. Conclusion Increase in supervision of the canteens and increase in the awareness of food poisoning can effectively reduce the occurrence of food poisoning in Baoan district.
