【摘要】 目的分析369份无症状男性前列腺液中白细胞的分布特点。方法采集369份无症状男性的前列腺液标本,对前列腺液成分中的白细胞个数进行统计分析。结果 369名无症状男性年龄介于19~65岁,平均年龄(30.7±7.1)岁,分析其前列腺液标本白细胞计数呈明显偏态分布,统计得出其95%可信区间的医学参考值为<20个每高倍视野,高于现有的医学参考值范围。结论现有的前列腺液常规检查中白细胞的参考值数值EPS-WBC<10个每高倍视野可能偏低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the white blood cell(WBC)in the prostate fluid of 369 asymptomatic men to obtain the corresponding medical reference value. Methods 369 prostate fluid samples were collected from asymptomatic male prostate. The number of WBC in the prostate fluid was analyzed. Results The study found the distribution of WBC from asymptomatic male prostate who were aged 19 to 65 years,mean age(30.7±7.1)years,was significantly skewed,statistically derived 95% confidence interval of the medical reference value<20 / HP. It was higher than that of the existing medical reference range. Conclusion The study indicated that reference values of EPS-WBC of the existing may be low.更多还原
