【摘要】 目的探讨图片纠错法在急诊外科护理管理中应用的效果。方法在科室护理质量控制检查中,要求各护理质量控制小组成员使用数码相机或有拍照功能的手机及时拍摄护理工作中的护理缺陷及不安全、不规范现象,通过直接反馈当事人及整理归纳后定期以多媒体形式总结反馈。对比实施图片纠错工作法前后本科室护理缺陷发生率。结果实施后分级护理、病房管理,护理文件书写、护理安全、消毒隔离、急救物品及护理技术操作的缺陷发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论应用图片纠错法缩短护理问题的改进时间,规范了护理行为,降低了护理缺陷发生率,提高了护理质量和护理管理水平,保证了护理安全。此外,图片纠错法将看、讲、做有机结合起来,使新护士和实习护生获得直观、深刻的印象,促进她们在短时间内能掌握更多的临床护理相关知识和技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of image correction method in the management of surgical emergency nursing care. Methods During the nursing quality control inspection,members of nursing quality control group were asked to use a digital camera or camera shooting mobile phone timely record nursing defects,unsafe and none standard phenomenon in nursing work,through direct feedback or period summarized feedback. Compared the incidence of nursing defects occurred before and after the implementation of image contrast correction method. Results After the implementation of grading nursing and ward management,the incidences of nursing document writing,the defects of nursing safety,disinfection and isolation, first aid and nursing technical operation were significantly decreased than those before the implementation of image contrast correction method( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The application of picture correction method could shorten the time needed to improve nursing problems,standardize nursing behavior,reduce the incidence of nursing defects,improve nursing quality and nursing management and ensure the safety of nursing. In addition,image correction combined see,say and done organically,make the new or practical nurses obtain an intuitive and deep impression of nurses,promote them grasp more clinical nursing knowledge and skills in a short time.更多还原
