【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析鼻内镜下手术治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎眶并发症的临床护理方法及效果。方法:对8例急性鼻窦炎眶并发症患儿行鼻内镜下手术治疗,并给予积极临床护理,包括围术期一般护理、病情观察、专科护理、并发症护理等。结果:8例患儿均在术后1~2 d体温恢复正常,术后3周复查局部症状消失,无相关鼻部或颅内并发症产生,均治愈。结论:积极实施临床护理措施有利于患儿恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the clinical nursing method and effect in the treatment of orbital complications in acute sinusitis by applying nasal endoscopic operation. Methods: 8 children with orbital complications were treated with nasal endoscopic operation and they were given positive clinical nursing care,including general perioperative nursing care,observation,special nursing care and nursing care for complications. Results: The body temperature of 8 children returned to normal in one or 2 days after operation and local symptoms disappeared in 3 weeks after operation. No relevant nasal or intracranial complications occurred and all patients were cured. Conclusion: The active clinical nursing measures can help children with recovery.更多还原
