【摘要】 目的:探讨临床路径化护理措施在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者救治中的应用及临床效果。方法:将120例AMI患者按实施的护理模式不同分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规方式实施急救和护理,观察组采用临床路径化护理措施,比较两组护理效果及满意情况。结果:观察组护理效果及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在AMI患者救治中采用临床路径化护理措施,可明显提高护理效果和满意度,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:120 AMI patients were divided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group) according to the different nursing modes.The conventional rescue and nursing modes were implemented in the control group and the measures of clinical nursing path were taken in the observation group,the nursing effects and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing effects and satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path applied in the treatment of patients with AMI can significantly improve the nursing effects and satisfaction rate.更多还原
