【摘要】 目的:探讨个案管理模式在髋关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法:将116例髋关节置换患者按入院单双号分为观察组和对照组各58例,观察组由个案管理小组提供入院到出院后的整体、连续性护理,对照组接受常规护理。评价两组患者有无假体脱位、深静脉血栓、疼痛控制情况、髋关节Harris评分、患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组未发生假体脱位及深静脉血栓,观察组的疼痛控制、髋关节Harris评分、患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个案管理可减少髋关节置换患者术后并发症,有效控制患者疼痛、提高髋关节Harris评分、提高护理服务满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of case management model in patients with hip joint replacement. Methods:116 patients with hip joint replacement were divided into the observation group and the control group(58 cases in each group)according to the odd and even number on admission. In the observation group,the case management group provided holistic and continuous nursing care for the patients since they had been admitted and after they were discharged from hospital;the patients in the control group received the routine nursing care. The prosthesis dislocation,deep venous thrombosis,pain control,Harris hip score and patient satisfaction with nursing service were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results:No prosthesis dislocation and deep vein thrombosis occurred in the patients of the observation group;the pain control,Harris hip score and patient satisfaction with nursing service were significantly better and higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The case management can reduce the postoperative complications in patients with hip joint replacement,it can also effectively control pain and improve the Harris hip score and patient satisfaction with nursing service.更多还原
