【摘要】 目的:探讨优化抢救流程在急诊危重症监护病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年1~12月128例患者作为实验组,在其病情加重、危急时应用优化重组后的抢救流程进行抢救;选择2011年1~12月119例患者作为对照组,采用传统抢救流程。比较两组患者抢救成功率、抢救准备时间、每次抢救需要的护士人数,并通过问卷调查比较两组患者家属满意度、护士满意度、护理不良事件发生率。结果:实验组抢救成功率、患者家属满意度、医护满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),抢救准备时间、每次抢救需要的护士人数、护理不良事件发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊ICU危重症抢救流程进行重组、再造、优化,不但可以缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,同时也节省了抢救时的护士人力,提高了工作时效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of the optimized rescue process in nursing management in ICU. Methods:128patients rescued from January to December 2012 were taken as the experimental group and the critically ill patients in this group were rescued by the optimized rescue process;other 119 patients rescued from January to December 2011 were taken as the control group and the traditional rescue process was used in this group. The success rate of rescue,preparation time for rescue,requirement of number of nurses for rescue each time,satisfaction of patient’s family and nurses and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue and satisfaction of patient’s family and nurses were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the preparation time for rescue,requirement of number of nurses for rescue each time and the incidence of nursing adverse events was shorter and less in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the optimized rescue process can not only shorten the rescue time and increase the success rate of rescue,but also save the nursing manpower in rescue and improve the work efficiency.更多还原
