【摘要】 [目的]观察壬菌铜原药对大鼠的毒性作用和无作用剂量。[方法]将壬菌铜原药按0、2.5、25、250 mg/kg剂量分别拌入饲料内经口喂饲染毒90 d,观察大鼠外观体征、体质量、进食情况等。染毒结束进行血常规、血生化、脏器系数及病理组织学检测。[结果]高剂量组雌、雄性大鼠的体质量增长显著低于对照组。摄食受到抑制,血常规、血生化、尿液检查均未出现明显异常的指标改变。[结论]确定大鼠90 d亚慢性经口最大无作用剂量为2.5 mg/kg,推荐ADI值为0.002 5 mg/kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Aims] The toxicity effects of cuppric nonyl phenolsulfonate TC and no effect dose on rats were observed. [Methods] Cuppric nonyl phenolsulfonate TC were mixed into feed at the dose of 0, 2.5, 25, 250 mg/kg, then fed rats by 90 d through mouth, and signs appearance, weight, eating etc were observed. Finally, blood routine, blood biochemistry, organ coeffi cients and histopathology were detected. [Results] High dose group of female, male body weight was lower than the control group. Feeding was clearly constrained; blood routine, blood biochemistry examination and urine test had no obvious change. [Conclusions] 90 d rats subchronic oral maximum no effect dose is 2.5 mg/kg, and the ADI value is recommend to be 0.002 5 mg/kg.更多还原
