几种喷雾助剂对纳他霉素叶面吸收的影响

【摘要】 [目的]增加纳他霉素(NA)叶面吸收,减少药剂光解。[方法]通过药液添加助剂,观测对药液物理性能、吸收、药效和安全性的影响。[结果]对药液表面张力、润湿性和展布性的影响,以杰效利最佳,氮酮、OP-10和JFC的影响大致相近。采用番茄测试表明,NA吸收量顺序为1 g/L氮酮(28.51%)>5 g/L杰效利(22.24%)>5 g/L OP-10(12.25%)>对照(8.61%),其中氮酮较对照提高231.1%。防治大棚黄瓜白粉病表明:添加1 g/L氮酮和5 g/L OP-10的处理较对照防效有显著提高,而添加5 g/L杰效利的处理对黄瓜有严重药害。[结论]适宜助剂及用量可增加药剂叶面吸收,减少光解,提高药效。

【Abstract】 [Aims]The study aims to inceasing natamycin(NA) foliar upkae to reduce pesticide photolysis. [Methods] By adding adjuvant on NA spray liquid, the infl uence on physical properties of the liquid, NA uptake, effi cacy and security were observed. [Results][Results] For the influence of surface tension, wettability and scalability of the liquid, the action of Silicone JXL has best effect, while azone, OP-10 and JFC showed nearly similar effect. The orders of NA uptake amount in tomatoes were 1 g/L azone(28.51%)>5 g/L Silicone JXL(22.24%)>5 g/L OP-10(12.25%)>check(8.61%). NA uptake was increased by 231.1% with the treatment of 1 g/L azone compared with control. The effi cacy of NA treatment of 1 g/L azone or 5 g/L OP-10 had improvement signifi cantly compared with control against Sphaerootheca fuliginea in the greenhouse, and the NA treatment of 5 g/L Silicone JXL had serious injury to cucumbers. [Conclusions][Conclusions] The spray liquid with suitable adjuvant and its amount can increase pesticide foliar uptake, reduce photolysis and improve effi cacy.
