【摘要】 基层专业技术人员不足严重制约着我国土地管理工作的健康发展。基于继续教育理念开展建设网络课程建设,已成为强化我国县级土地管理从业人员职业素质的有效途径之一。中国地质大学(北京)土地资源学"国家级精品资源共享课"实践表明,按照县级土地管理工作职业要求,系统组织课程内容,选择开放式课程平台,是此类课程建设成功的关键。上述经验也可为我国同类课程的建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The healthy development of China’s land management is restricted by the shortage of grass-root professionals. The construction of online courses based on continuing education is an effective measure to upgrade the professional expertise of county-level practitioners. The"Land Resources"course construction in China University of Geosciences shows that the key to the successful course construction is to point to the needs in the land management at county levels, to readjust the teaching materials systematically, and to choose an open course platform.
