【Abstract】 Influenced by the prevalent operation of "soft power" in worldwide advanced countries, China first elevated "cultural soft power" as a national strategy in 2007. As the most conspicuous area in terms of regional economy metropolitan development, the megalopolis in the Yangtze River Delta is faced with an issue of how to succeed among all the international metropolitans. The tendency of cultural industrialization and attraction are the typical experience of cultural soft power strategies among international metropolitans, and are also the goals of the construction of megalopolis in the Yangtze River Delta.更多还原
