腐熟秸秆对植烟土壤酶活性与部分养分的影响

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,研究了添加不同量腐熟秸秆处理对土壤酶活性及土壤养分的影响.结果表明,添加腐熟麦秸能明显提高土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶活性及有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,腐熟秸秆添加量以159.9 g·盆-1(18 000 kg·hm-2)最为适宜.与对照相比,该处理的烟株全生育期内土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、速效磷含量分别提高6.1%,31.8%,24.0%,42.5%.在烟草不同生育时期,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶活性的动态变化不同,脲酶、纤维素酶高峰出现在团棵期,而蔗糖酶高峰出现在现蕾期和圆顶期.相关分析表明,添加腐熟秸秆后,土壤纤维素酶、碱解氮、有机质和速效钾与脲酶活性达显著相关,土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶和碱解氮与速效磷含量达显著相关,这说明土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量呈密切相关性.

【Abstract】 Effects of different composting of straw amendment on tobacco soil labile organic matter and enzyme activity with potted experiment were studied. The results showed that: the application of different composting of straw amendment increased the activities of soil urease,invertase,sucrase,catalase and organic matter,alkali-hydro nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium content. The trend of increase the amount 159. 9 g·pot- 1was greater than the others. Compared with the control at different growth stages,the soil organic matter,nitrogen,potassium,available phosphorus content of T3 treatment increased by 6. 1%,31. 8%,24. 0%,42. 5% in the full of tobacco plant growth period. In different growth period of tobacco,soil urease,invertase,sucrase,catalase change of different cellulose enzyme activity,urease and catalase peaked at the rosette stage,while invertase peaked at the budding stage and the topping stage. Correlation analysis showed that,after adding composting straw,a high correlation existed between the activities of soil urease and activities of catalase,invertase,alkalihydro nitrogen,organic matter,available potassium. and significant correlation existed between urease,catalase,cellulase,alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and available phosphorus content.
