【摘要】 运用继电-接触控制技术和PLC控制技术对牧畜饲料生产线进行了技术改造.利用PST-500kg称重传感器和GM8802称重仪表组成电路,实现配料重量信息的自动监测功能;利用接触器、时间继电器和控制按钮组成继电-接触控制电路,实现原料的自动混合功能;通过PLC硬件设计和软件设计,实现配料、混合和传送过程的自动化控制.改造后的系统符合配料型饲料加工过程的自动化控制要求.更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology of the farming feeding production line has been improved by using relay contact control technology.The circuit is made up of the PST-500 kg weighing sensors and GM8802 weighing instruments to accomplish the function of automatic monitoring of ingredient weight information.The relay contact control circuit is composed of contactors,time relays and control buttons to finish the function of raw materials automatic mixture.The automatic control of ingredient,mixture and transfer is realized by PLC hardware design and software design.The improved system meets the needs of automatic control of the production process of feeding ingredients.更多还原
