VDAC2基因多态性与原发性不育症男性精液质量的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨VDAC2基因多态性与原发性不育症男性精液质量的相关性。方法:收集523例原发性不育男性患者的精液和血液,分别应用计算机辅助精液分析系统(CASA)行精液质量分析和应用TaqMan SNP基因分型技术对VDAC2基因位点rs2804535、rs7896741、rs11001334和rs1259503行基因分型,分析VDAC2基因多态性与精液质量的相关性。结果:没有发现rs2804535和rs7896741各基因型与精液质量相关,但是rs11001334中,TT基因型与CC基因型比较,精子浓度显著降低(P=0.045)。CT基因型和CT+TT基因型分别与CC基因型比较,精子活力显著增加(P=0.026,P=0.037);rs1259503的GC+CC基因型与GG基因型比较,精液量显著降低(P=0.039)。结论:VDAC2基因多态性与原发性不育症男性精液质量相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the possible association between VDAC2 gene polymorphism and sperm quality of idiopathic male infertility.Methods:A genetic typing of VDAC2 gene locuses(rs2804535,rs7896741,rs11001334 and rs1259503) by TaqMan SNP genotyping technique and a semen analysis by computer-assisted semen analysis(CASA) were respectively performed in 523 HanChinese males with idiopathic infertility in order to analyze the correlation between gene polymorphism and sperm quality.Results:No significant association between genotypes and semen quality was found at locuses rs2804535 and rs7896741.However,at rs11001334,it was found that the TT genotype showed a significant lower sperm concentration compared with the CC genotype(P =0.045).Moreover,compare with CC genotype,the sperm motility of CT genotype had a significant increase(P = 0.026);meanwhile,the same trend was found in the combination of CT and TT genotypes(P = 0.037).However,at rs1259503,the combination of GC and CC genotypes had a remarkable reduction of semen volume than GG genotype(P = 0.039).Conclusion:These findings indicate that the gene polymorphism in the VDAC2 gene may be associated with semen quality.
