含水率对玉米脱粒性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】 为分析含水率对玉米脱粒的影响,针对破碎率及脱粒能耗两个因素进行了分析研究。以郑单958号为研究对象,使用5TY-32-85型玉米脱粒机做了一系列试验,得出了含水率与破碎率和脱粒能耗的关系。结果表明,玉米籽粒含水率为18.3%时,破碎率最低;玉米籽粒含水率越低,脱粒能耗越小。该结论为实现玉米籽粒的联合机收提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 To analyze the effect of moisture content on corn threshing performance,percentage of damage and threshing energy consumption were studied in the corn threshing process,and zhengdan 958 was taken as the object of study. Experiments were carried out with a 5TY- 32- 85 type corn thresher,and the relations between moisture content and percentage of damage and threshing energy consumption were figured out. There is a lowest percentage of damage when the moisture content is 18. 3%,and threshing energy consumption decreased when the corn moisture content was lower. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the corn harvest by combine.
