静压支承系统油膜特性分析
Analysis on characteristics of oil film in hydrostatic support system
【摘要】 以静压支承系统中常见的矩形静压油垫为研究对象,计算并简化了其负载能力的理论公式,可近似等效为油液等压分布在由密封边中线围成的矩形区域上。在此基础上对油膜刚度进行了分析,发现其是油源参数、结构尺寸等相关的复杂函数,且设计状态参数ηo存在一个理论最优值,使得油膜刚度最大。
【Abstract】 Rectangle static pressure pad widely used in hydrostatic support system was studied. By calculating and simplifying load-carry capacity theoretical formula, the oil on the pad could be equivalently distributed on a area surrounded by midlines of sealed boundaries. Based on the analysis of oil film stiffness,it could be concluded that it was the complex function of oil original parameters and structure dimensions,and that it obtained maximum oil film stiffness when design parameters combination η0reached its theoretical optimum.
