利用海带联产海藻酸钠和还原糖的研究

【摘要】 为实现海带原料的充分利用,研究的具体方案为先从海带中提取海藻酸钠,然后使剩余的残渣在金属离子催化剂和酸的共同作用下水解产还原糖。通过设计正交实验优化海藻酸钠提取工艺,以此得出从海带中提取海藻酸钠的最优条件:消化时加入6%的碳酸钠溶液,消化时间为6 h,最后钙凝的pH值为8。另外,通过控制变量法研究残渣的水解,结果表明,对残渣水解促进作用最大的金属离子为Zn2+,残渣水解的最佳硫酸体积浓度为5%。

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to make full use of Laminaria japonica. The specific plan was as follows: sodium alginate was firstly extracted from the Laminaria japonica, and then the waste residue was hydrolyzed to produce reducing sugar under the interaction of the metal ions and dilute acid. The sodium alginate extraction process was optimized by designed orthogonal experiments. he best process of extracting sodium alginate was that:Laminaria japonica was soaked 6hours in 6% sodium carbonate solution,and the pH of Calcium coagulation was 8. Hydrolysis of residue was researched by the method of control variable, and the results showed that the metal ions which promote the hydrolysis of residue mostly was Zn2+and the best acid concentration was5%.
