毛细管气相色谱法同时检测白酒中31种微量成分的研究
Analysis of 31 Kinds of Trace Components in Chinese Liquor by Capillary Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 利用HT-930型毛细管柱气相色谱法,对白酒混标中醇类、酯类和有机酸类的色谱分离条件进行优化,建立白酒毛细管气相色谱分析方法。测定条件为柱温:初始50℃,保持4 min,以3.5℃/min的速率升至200℃,保留15 min;进样口温度:220℃;检测器温度:240℃;载气(N2):2.6 mL/min;分流比5∶1。在此优化条件下,白酒中31种成分被有效分离。通过重复试验,绝对误差均小于9%,加标回收试验的回收率可达101.23%。
【Abstract】 A GC method is established to determine alcohols,esters and organic acids in Chinese liquor by chromatographic separation on HT-930 capillary column. The initial column temperature is 50 ℃,keeping 4 min,and then rose to 200 ℃ at the rate of 3.5 ℃/min,keeping 15 min;the temperature of injector is 220 ℃,and the temperature of FID is 240 ℃;the flow rate of carrier gas is 2.6 mL/min,the split ratio is 5∶1. Under optimized conditions,31 compounds from Chinese liquor can be effectively separated. Through repeated experiments,the absolute error is below 9%,and the average spike recovery rates are up to 101.23%.
